One of the biggest problems for
beginning traders, one that often causes them to
blow out their accounts and give up, is accepting that losses are part of the
trading game.
(Note, some traders do avoid ever
blowing out a
trading account, and it's typically because at this stage they
begin trading with proper
trading habits and they never waver, they stay on track and don't give into the temptations of
trading like a gambler).
I find that many
beginning traders fund their
trading accounts with money they really shouldn't be risking in the markets, and if they don't initially make this mistake, they make later down the road after
blowing out their first account.
