want you to think about is: True, we all have different worldviews and different
belief systems and should exist together.
They exist to teach a certain set of doctrines /
beliefs to people who
want to be indoctrinated in that
system, which will convince certain types of churches that they are «experts» in doctrine and perhaps Bible and therefore should make a valued employee who will perpetuate the
beliefs of the group.
But if you lack that bias of
wanting to believe from the outset you'll
want some evidence showing the
belief system in question is anything more then the product of some creative imaginations.
They have some «pet» doctrines or
beliefs, and really
want to «prove» them using the Bible, «interpreted» using their
system.
My advice, although you don't
want it, is stick to your
belief system but don't intrude on the science.
Since religion is a worldview, the minority group probably
wants to read further and make sure they are sound in their
belief system, my guess only.
But the resistance must come from the core
belief that our enemies are not humans, but are powers and
systems which have enslaved humans, and the one things these powers
want is death and destruction.

Some just pick a religion or

want to consider the ultimate ends of holding on to a
belief system (assuming atheism here) that can not sufficiently explain where meaning, purpose or value (ethical right and wrong) could come from.
Because there are a zillion different religions, many claiming to be the one «true» religion, and many of those religions have
belief systems based on intolerance, small - mindedness, and fear, and we don't

My problem is that I just don't trust vegan chefs / recipes (I haven't had many good experiences) and as someone who
