This rules out the beliefs of many prominent climate scientist contrarians, like Roy Spencer (who
believes equilibrium sensitivity is around 1.3 °C) and Richard Lindzen (who believes it's less than 1 °C).

(Actually, I
believe what you are refering to, is as your link pointed out, the IPCC definition of
equilibrium climate
sensitivity, and not simple solar radiative
equilibrium, as we have been discussing in these last few posts.)
In short, there's absolutely no reason to
believe the IPCC's
equilibrium climate
sensitivity range of 2 to 4.5 °C for doubled CO2 is incorrect.
I'm afraid you are barking up the wrong tree when you simply tell me all the recent studies showing a much lower 2xCO2
equilibrium climate
sensitivity are In your opinion «all wrong» (and actually expect me to
believe you).
