We can use this as a way to dig material off from
below, see it for the first time; and at the same time, we can do
measurements, spectrum
measurements of the vapor coming off these
bodies to understand things that are largely hidden from view.
Begin to track your progress by taking your
measurements each month; with lifting, your
body should begin to sleek out, even if your weight does not change (see Fear # 3
below).
