University College London says a C grade pass now requires a grade 5, while Manchester University has set
the benchmark at grade 4.
The curriculum had specific
benchmarks at each grade level, recommended minimum teaching times for core subjects, and a full complement of tests.
Not surprisingly, it appears that documents which break out
benchmarks at grades K - 3 are more likely to address the foundational knowledge and skills related to reading acquisition than are those that provide only grade cluster information.
Not exact matches
Instead of a concrete curriculum or a test that students must be able to pass, the science and engineering standards lay out
benchmarks for what concepts students should know
at particular
grade levels, each year building on those before it.

grade students who scored just below the

The majority of states do not break out standards and / or
benchmarks / objectives
at early
grade levels; approximately one - third do so.

at the Group Screening Reports for each class to learn how many students in each class did or did not meet the
