CIHT has set out the
benefits of employing a more
diverse workforce in a new animated video launched at last week's National Conference.

workforce, as one study found that 96 %
of major employers say that it's important for employees to be «comfortable working with colleagues, customers, and / or clients from
diverse cultural backgrounds» (Wells, 2016).

of the more flexible ways employers deal with an increasing
diverse workforce whose needs, professional goals and personal situations
benefit from this working arrangement.
