of berries in milk chocolate and stir them by the
handful into milk chocolate
ice cream with a kick
of strawberry vanilla jam from Laura Ann's Jams.

Berry Banana Smoothie made with 1 banana, scoop
of frozen
berries, scoop
of Greek yogurt,
handful of spinach leaves, shot
of orange juice, and scoop
of ice.
My standard recipe is a frozen banana, a
handful of frozen
berries, a scoop
of chocolate protein drink, a tablespoon
of peanut butter, a cup
of milk, a few
ice cubes, a shake
of cinnamon and ginger, and sometimes a
handful of spinach or kale.
Instead
of indulging in
ice cream or sugary frozen pops, try freezing a blend
of green tea and
berries for healthy frozen pops, or snack on a
handful of frozen grapes.
