I either have a
protein shake, HM granola with
berries in milk, or toast / waffle / eng muffin with pnut butter and honey.
If you don't have a lot of time and want a simple
protein packed
shake, try mixing 1 scoop of chocolate flavored
protein powder, 1.5 cups of soy milk and a handful of frozen
berries of any type and throw them
in the blender.
I also use it with almond milk or coconut milk, 1/4 avocado and some
berries or coffee, pure cream (I am allergic to the
protein - not the cream) and stevia
in the Vita Mix for a very creamy
shake or a little thicker for a faux yogurt - almost ice cream consistency.
