fruit salads and cobblers galore.

salad greens, veggies (even roasted ones) or seasonal
fruit (I love
berries in the spring and summer and apples and pears
in fall), maybe some olives
Berry fruits are rich
in ample of mineral as well as the high amount of antioxidants, let's increase the fiber content too with a cup of freshly chopped spinach
in them and make a
salad bowl vigorous to the fullest.
Many people think of avocados as a vegetable, but they're actually a type of
fruit (you'll commonly find them
in fruit salads in some countries) and more specifically a
berry because they have a seed and soft flesh.
So now is the time to consider a detox, as it is always much easier
in summer with the array of tropical
fruits,
berries, and wide variety of
salads and vegetables.
