macarons, and even though it's a little overrated, it's definitely one of the
best - looking cookies there is.
Almonds can be substituted for other nuts or seeds, however their oil content can change the way the batter behaves, so it's probably
best to use almonds on your first try, and then play around once you're confident in your
macaron skills.
I can count the times I've made
macarons on one hand, and this was by far the
best!
The
best thing about
macarons is the flavoured inside, if you ask me.

I no longer have the old recipe using erythritol because it simply just wasn't any
good I did do a quick search online and found this one though: https://www.finedininglovers.com/recipes/dessert/gluten-free-macaroons-sugar-free/ I haven't tried xylitol in
Macarons because it doesn't «agree» with me, but in my experience of over 30 failed batches, French
Macarons will not work without sugar.
