Mod Podge is a decopauge glue and that would be the
best bet, or you could use a white glue and water wash.

I think I might eventually do another coat of
Mod Podge on top for a glossy finish, but I'm quite happy with how
well it worked!
With a small paintbrush, apply
Mod Podge just around the edges of your now bunted (for lack of
better wordage), book page.
The craft triangles along with the
Mod Podge makes the pennants
good and stiff.
Clear spray paint or
Mod Podge gloss spray work
well (Thanks Lindsay for the suggestion!)
I gave it a couple of
good coats of
Mod Podge to seal it.
Just add a few crystals that you've painted with food coloring mixed with
Mod Podge and you're
good to go with the bling factor...
Well enough with spotting new things to decorate, let's go back to the sealing and waterproofing part, now it's time to put the
Mod Podge to work!

I have tried putting a second coat of
mod podge on going in the opposite direction but my guess is that it would look pretty
good.

I've also heard the trick about
mod -
podging the edges of a stencil, but the one time I tried it, it did not end
well.
The
mod podge will seal and thereby
better protect them, as
well as add texture, and the foam core will fill out the frame
better.
Using
mod podge and an old brush go ahead and decoupage the wallpaper to the front of the drawer, as
well as the drawer sides and the inner fixed shelf.

mod podge and fabric to give it a go is a

mod podged flat surfaces...
well, if you don't count the corners and edges of a binder.
