milk / soy allergy and needed to find an alternative
milk (for me) for a
good value so that I could nurse him.

milk,
well - stirred (preferably Mae Ploy brand) 1/2 cup laksa paste (recipe follows) 4
baby bok choy, steamed until crisp tender and halved daikon sprouts for garnish
fresh lime juice 1 loose cup chopped fresh coriander leaves and stems 1/4 cup fresh basil OTHER: 2 kaffir lime leaves, OR substitute 1 bay leaf 1 can
good - quality coconut
milk 1.5 to 2 cups firm tofu sliced into cubes 1/2 pound shiitake mushrooms, stems trimmed, halved if large 1/2 pound green beans, trimmed and cut in half crosswise 4 heads
baby bok choy (6 ounces), halved lengthwise 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 - inch pieces 1/2 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped 2 - 3 Tbsp.
Therefore, it is not definite that you have to also stay away from soy, but if your
baby still doesn't seem to get
better even after cutting out
milk, you may want to also try cutting out soy.

milk and nothing else for the first six months is the
best way to reduce the risk of colitis.
Well, dude, thanks for your opinion but I would rather have extra than not enough and have a
baby having a heart attack because we don't have
milk for his bottle exactly when he wants it!

Breast
milk contains prebiotics, which is food for the
good bacteria in your
baby's gut, and it has probiotics.

The nurses & LCs were pretty
good about helping with getting bfing started, they showed me a variety of ways to hold the
baby, hand express some

good news is that, when done safely (i.e in bed void of loose sheets and pillows or while your partner is awake and able to keep watch), you will find that breast
milk is relaxing not just for your
baby but also for you!

baby is on cow's
milk, it's a
good idea to feed them iron - rich foods or juices, as cow's
milk doesn't have the iron that breast
milk or fortified
baby formula has.

best deliver those nutrients needed for your
baby to grow and stay healthy throughout their first year.
While it wasn't really done in his day, nowadays it's fairly common knowledge that breast
milk is the
best choice for
babies, and of course he wanted the
best for his grandson!

milk to meet demand and things just start to get easier from there.
Giving your
baby cow's

baby will be enjoying water to quench their thirst alongside their meals.
Breast
milk is by far the
best source of nutrition for a growing
baby — any expert will tell you that.
I know they are not
good for my
baby and I have limited myself to drink only 1 black tea with
milk once a day.
I will be doing another show on bottle feeding, however, for right now, let's assume you have enough
milk and your
baby is taking the bottle
well.
If you are breast feeding check with your doctor to be sure that YOUR diet is the
best for making breast
milk (sometimes we forget that even after we have the
baby we are still «eating for two»)
Baby formulas have been designed to contain all the necessary nutrients and vitamins they need as
well, so even
babies that aren't raised on breast
milk get what they need from their bottles.
