bullet is great for small portions or food for one person, compared the the Magimix
blender, but both would be able to make the cashew cream really
well!
I have not tried it, but I assume since an immersion
blender works really
well any food processor or mini food processor or small
blender (like a magic
bullet) will work as
well.

bullet or smoothie
blender or just mince the garlic and ginger as finely as you can and whisk
well.

We've never had much success with using a hand
blender to puree peas — our Magic
