eat, it takes like 2 seconds to enter in your
food.
My problem is that I just don't trust vegan chefs / recipes (I haven't had many
good experiences) and as someone who wants to respect and be sensitive to my vegan friends I'd really appreciate a cookbook, for normal, non-fancy smancy
food like the Great Chefs Cook Vegan, written
by someone who is currently used to
eating anything and isn't «sacrificing» for their cause, dietary choices, or belief system.
Maybe I have been brainwashed
by the hype, but at the very least, I know that
eating a wide variety of pure, whole
food is a very
good thing.
A growing body of research is suggesting that spreading protein consumption throughout the day (starting with breakfast) can improve cardiovascular health,
better address muscle maintenance and growth, and help maintain weight
by keeping away those «hangries» that happen when your blood sugar drops and energy level tanks (from
eating too many carb - heavy
foods).
Throughout our trip, the restaurants near the markets seemed to have the
best food, and as the kind of tourist driven
by her stomach, I find solid consolation in
eating lunch directly after browsing market ingredients that don't make sense to buy if you don't have a kitchen.
