As I continue my venture into gluten - and - grain free cooking, as
well as avoiding refined sugars, I have been using more

good substitute for grain -

well this is a bit like putting bitter butter in my mouth..

base, nut milks will work as
well.

Most of the other recipes I found for making raw chocolate used cacao butter instead, which may
well create a slightly superior chocolate
base and be less crumbly (I found the
coconut butter does make it ever so slightly crumbly).

good serving of healthy fats along with the

based fats from avocados, nuts, seeds,

Whole grain oats for bulk, almond milk to create a moist crumb and some banana and

base to create a really delicious baked
good.
We believe that plant -
based dietary oils from raw nuts and virgin
coconut oil taste
better when they are not exposed to temperatures over 212 degrees.
I have not used this with
coconut or almond flour as i am just looking into going GF but have used it in making breads and using it as a
base to coat chicken and what not before dipping it in flour to fry it and it has worked
well for those.
It's got a
coconut cream cheese ice cream
base to start with, that is rich with some Greek yogurt in there as
well.
Soup
base will freeze
well prior to the addition of
coconut cream.
Luckily, the probiotics in yogurt can balance things out, and
coconut yogurt is a much
better option than dairy -
based yogurt from cows which is highly inflammatory and filled with hormones that mess with the body's metabolism.
and there's some
coconut extract in the frosting which is a (dairy - free) cream cheese -
based frosting, and i can not even describe how
good it is.
