foam roller that has the ridges on it, they also make one called the beasty
ball which is basically like this little, it's like a crossball that has ridges kinda sticking out of it and that one is also really
good but I'll take like my beasty
ball and my
foam roller and go and do slightly illegal things with them on a living room floor.
