I started baking bread in 1970, and, when my friend Charlie Van Over developed what I still believe is
the best food processor method there is, I adopted that and never looked back.

I did my usual thing of not quite reading the ingredients or in this case the
method quite
well enough beforehand, and did not realise that it required a
food processor which I do not have, to bind together the sweet potato and dates.

better if you do nt have such a great

This is also the easiest bread I've baked, as the recipe works so
well and the
food processor method is so quick and easy.
In fact, you can use this
method to make jam out of any fruit, but if you don't have a blender or a
food processor at hand, the fruits that work
best are strawberries and bananas, since they are easy to mash with a fork.
Temper your chocolate in a
food processor, the traditional way, or without a thermometer (I do the latter
method as my candy thermometer drives me wild)(that and the chocolatier we met in London tempers his chocolate this way — so if it's
good enough for him, it's
good enough for us).
sweetener - 2 - 3 drops liquid stevia or 2 tsp agave
Method • Combine all ingredients in a blender or
food processor, scraping down and combining until
well mixed and of a nice texture, not pureed.
There's a few ways to do this, but the
best method I've found is by grinding up pork rinds in the
food processor and adding parmesan cheese to the mix.
Grinding pork rinds in the
food processor is definitely the preferred
method here, as they get to a finer consistency and will crunch up
well.
