That's were most of the nerves came from I guess but I think I can leave the nerves at home next time because the evening turned
out the way we planned and everyone was very kind and positive which is the
best reward a
girl can get.
As my daughter ran down the stairs and saw all the presents Santa left under the tree the funniest thing came
out of her 5 year old mouth, she said «Ahh, I guess I've been a
good girl».
Santa was very generous with her... he knows she has been a very
good girl through
out the whole year (obviously he was not watching during her lunch and dinner)
I mean, it is so
good as is, but I am a chocolate
girl to the core and I think sprinkling a few on top right when it comes
out of the oven would only lead to perfection.
Also this week: prep for upcoming class, work on garden, harvest / preserve rhubarb as needed, get back into walking after being a sicky last week, make kimchee, finish GFCF cake packet, work 15 hours typing data entry (at least — 20 would be
better, but doubt I can do that much), and work on getting clothes that are too small
out of the
girl's closets — maybe... We will see how much of that gets done, but it's
good to have a goal!

Girl or who've just googled or visited any number of gluten free blogs
out there, knows that people who can't eat gluten are not want for
good food.
So delish... as for the
girl who's turned
out sweet... you have to add salt to taste... everything in the recipe is sweet... onions, tomatoes, jalapenos... it's also
good if your chicken is
well - seasoned... I love this recipe!

I had to cut it
out (still have limited amounts in moderation) for medical reasons and it was advised to keep the
girls away from large amounts as
well.
Serve in bowls with chips and tortillas on the side along with lots of cold beer (Patti likes a
well chilled Chablis, I guess you can take the
girl out of the city, but...) and Tabasco sauce.
Phew - there really is only so many dried fruits and nuts a
girl can consume, so it's a
good thing I had this little beauty and a big glass of the Super Green smoothie to hand for my post-work
out lunch today!
My husband and I saw a
girl that that works
out at the community center in NKC (where I used to work
out as
well) in the store that day... and when she saw my husband at the gym the next week, she commented to him that I had gained weight and asked if a congratulations was due.
When I was a total loner in junior high + high school and friends were scarce at
best, she was the one I would choose to spend my nights and weekends with — watching Gilmore
Girls, working
out together, running errands, drinking way too much coffee, and cooking yummy meals + treats.
I often worry that my little
girl will feel left
out among the other «normal» kids, but having grown up with allergies and hearing mommy and daddy talk to her maturely about it, she has the
best attitude I can ever hope for or imagine!
Around here when a
good recipe is had 9

I mean, how sad is it that we gluten intolerant
