lobster salad as part of a five course menu, while Joey Campanaro at the Little Owl includes diver scallops on the menu, Marc Murphy at Landmarc is set to cook braised shortrib, with Los Angeles chef, Vartan Abgaryan from 71Above preparing a very special meal at James Beard House, Scott Conant cooks for one table of guests at the chefs private loft, while Alex Guarnaschelli at Butter with her crowd pleasing crab cakes and scattered acres roasted chicken.

There are a bevy of teaser
dishes like
Lobster and Crab Wontons, Blackened Fish Tacos and Lollipop Lamb Chops as
well as some of their signature appetizer items like their famous — and insanely delicious — Jumbo Lump Crab Cake.
It's here where, for many years, Doña Anita Espinoza has been providing a haven for adventurous travelers in the form of rooms, updates on road conditions, and her famous
lobster burritos and omelets, as
well as other seafood
dishes.
Working with ingredients sourced from the
best purveyors in France and Mexico, Peraza's menu will feature
dishes such as Hay smoked Foie Gras made with jaggery, plantains, pepita and coconut;
Lobster Bisque en Croûte with traditional French - style bisque, Mexican - inspired vegetables and black jalapeno ash; Enfrijoladas with homemade cilantro tortillas, duck confit, crispy duck skin and crema; and Plantain Empanadas featuring steamed plantain casing filled with braised oxtail, capers and chives.

In 2009 Grand Baymen scheduled a Chill Weekend to coordinate with the

We are
well known for our signature dinners of Sesame Seared Tuna, Garlic Mahi - Mahi, or try our
Lobster dish prepared just the way you like by «Copa's» famous chefs.
Highly regarded
dishes here would consist of the Cote de Boeuf, which is a perfect
dish to share between two, as
well as the sea bass in
lobster sauce.
Signature
dishes on offer at Gordon Ramsay Doha will include Gordon Ramsay's famed ravioli of
lobster, shellfish and salmon, as
well as chef Bosquet's signature cannelloni of wild mushrooms with black truffle emulsion.
Treat your taste buds to some of the
best seafood in Spain, one of the
best Puerto Pollensa attractions, and experience a variety of
dishes from savoury squid, salty sardines and mouth - watering
lobster.
Ironically, all the other components of the
dish were
better than the
lobster, which was a bit overcooked and didn't have much flavor on its own.
Local specialities include all kinds of delicious fish and shellfish, include the moscardini (spiced baby octopus) and
lobster, as
well as a range of succulent lamb
dishes.
However, if you plan to use the head, tail and bones as the basis for another
dish, buying whole fish can result in a cost savings (you can use your shrimp,
lobster and crab shells for this purpose, as
well).
