Rick the more i think about it we are to live as overcomers not strugglers since the day i decided to turn away from the sin that was controlling my life i never fell back into old sinful patterns not once, was i tempted many many times. The Lord will work in our lives one area at a time he needs us to give him full control so if an area is taking control we do need to hand it to him so he can change us.How do we do it immediately we say Lord you know i am weak but in you i am strong i leaned on him and overcame time and time again. We all have areas of weakness that we struggle in so do nt feel bad.Struggling is us trying to do it in our own strength before this process i was so stubborn i refused to let God help me i wanted to do it in my own strength and so it was a roller coaster ride in my christian walk if the day went
well i was on a high if it did nt i would would be down. Not any more now when things do nt go to plan i still thank the Lord and when it goes

spirit to be an overcomer just as he would want you to be.As Christians we are all called to be overcomers more than conquerers.Make a decision today to turn all your hearts to the Lord to acknowledge the areas you are holding onto that are controlling your flesh life hand them to the Lord and walk according to the
spirit and not the flesh and he will give you the victory. That can be a reality starting today merry christmas everyone and may the
new year be an exciting one as we put all our trust in Christ our Lord and savior.Brentnz

Spirit to really live a righteous life according to the Law of Christ which is written on their hearts that have been circumcised as

good enough for Jesus to be baptised then its
good enough reason for me to as
well that was why i wanted to be baptised. He says that it was necessary to fulfill all righteousness verse 15 in that sense he could have been talking of fulfilling the requirements of the law and in Jesus we fulfill the requirements of the law.I do nt believe that it is neccesary step to be saved as some of the gentile believers Peter spoke to received the holy
spirit before they were baptised. Its a
good picture of the old being washed away and we are raised up as a
new person in Christ. When i was baptised in the holy
spirit and spoke in tongues it was exactly like a water baptism i felt the water washing over me as it washed i just started speaking in tongues.brentnz
If it really were this the age needed, the theater might perhaps need a
new play in which it was made a subject of laughter that a person died of love — or would it not rather be salutary for this age if such a thing were to happen among us, if the age were to witness such an occurrence, in order that for once it might acquire courage to believe in the power of
spirit, courage to quench cravenly the
better impulses in oneself and to quench invidiously the
better impulses in others... by laughter?

new Testament as
well,,, at the end, if Religion was so pointless and to be hated, why Would God ask us to test the
spirits, why does he tell us (by their fruits you would know them.)
M.d religion is about man there is alot of man in the evangelical church as
well as other churchs however the Holy
spirit is the one we lean on to teach us Gods word he reveals the scriptures just as though Jesus was teaching his disciples in his day.Often after speaking in parable his disciples would ask what he meant and he would give them insight into the messages.I find for me if i struggle understanding a topic i ask the holy
spirit to help me if you havent received him just invite him into your life if you have already confessed Jesus as your Lord and savior. We can not live a christian life without him.He is the one who empowers us to live righteously rather than according to our old nature. In the last year or so he has been showing me extraordinary insight into the word its
new its fresh he is amazing.brentnz

well as the Lord of history, was entering into man's life with
new redemptive power; but that fact was not grasped clearly, if at all, till the event had reached its culmination in the resurrection, the coming of the
