routine and you're creating
good habits and bad habits, it's being consistent with swaddling, with breastfeeding, with having a
night time routine not keeping the babies stimulated when it is suppose to be sleep
time, and going through that processes as they start to change and be bigger and moving around you know, still being consistent with the process no matter what your process is.
