- While the squash roasts, cook the ground beef by placing a medium - size non-stick pan over medium - high heat, and drizzling in about 1 tablespoon
of olive oil; once the oil is hot, add in the onion, and saute for about 2 minutes;
next, add in the ground beef and break it up with a spoon / spatula into small crumble; once the beef has slightly browned, add in a couple
of pinches
of salt and pepper, the garlic, the cumin, the cayenne and the cinnamon, and stir to combine; allow the beef to finish browning, then turn the heat off, and turn the
seasoned beef mixture out into a bowl;
next, add to the beef the cooked brown rice, the black beans, the quartered cherry tomatoes, the chopped cilantro, the sunflower seeds and the orange zest, and combine the ingredients very
well; add another pinch
of salt if needed, and set the mixture aside for a moment, keeping warm.
Next, toss in the garlic, tomato, a bit

Best of all, Carolina strawberries have officially made it up here for the

Both Ramsey and Cazorla can defend and score as
well and I am expecting a very tight match for Ozil to control the ball and make the right pass... Ramesy for Cesc and Coq for Hazard (tight m2m)... I am sure Monreal will handle his back very
well and I hope the same for Bellerin against Hazard... Giroud will find difficulties to hold up the ball against Cahill and Tery, he must be on his day... Welback to do them the same
of Utd game... Gabriel should start most
of the remaining games, BFG should be benched
next season
On top
of that, if bringing the former Barcelona man to Old Trafford also meant two
of their biggest rivals could lose their
best players, it would surely boost their title hopes for
next season.
Considering Arsenal's tight schedule, the duo are not going to play every game and with a few more performances like the one against Hull, Mohammed Elneny may
well rise above the pecking order in central midfield before the start
of next season.
That squad is considered one
of the
best of all time, nearly pulling off an undefeated
season the
next year before being shocked by Duke in the Final Four.
Cant wait till
next season when Ramsey is playing 10 and the creative class
of ozil will be
well and truely missed and maybe just then we will appreicate what he has done for us
Giroud misses more than he hits, Walcott has NEVER delivered his expected talent, Welbeck will NEVER be the striker to score 20 goals a
season Coqellin will NOT go a whole
season injury or suspension free, Sanchez and Ozil WILL have down period during the
season, all teams have these problems to a greater or lesser degree but most
of the top teams will address these problems and players either inprove or are sold and replaced with
better or at least more consistant players, NOT Wenger he keeps doing the same thing over and over with the same players and he expects a different result but gets the same outvome time and time again, yet its ALWAYS someone else's fault be it the Ref or the linesman or the opposition or bad luck or whatever and whoever and its NEVER the fact that HE has done nothing to change the situation and LOOKS LIKELY to not change it
next time around.
What Arsene Wenger needs to do now though, is to make sure that Arsenal win the Premier League trophy as
well as the battle
of the stats
next season.
Either way he is
good backup to Giroud and I think
next season he will be much
better as long as Wenger and the coaching staff drum it into his head to take more chances and be more daring in front
of goal.
The possibility to play
next to an elite player like Westbrook and one
of the league's
best centers in Adams should be appealing to many, especially if Oklahoma City has a
good 2016 - 17
season.
There have been a few debates regarding which young players who could make the move from the Arsenal under 21's to the first team for
next season, and whilst the likes
of Jon Toral may have been mentioned as a likely candidate, Iwobi will most certainly be
well in Wenger's view for
next season.
And to think that a player like Costa
of Chelsea has been told to look for a new club is the more reason Wenger should be more ruthless with some
of his underperforming players like Chamberlain, who had only one
good season out
of five and the
next thing he did was to go to Sky Sports for advertisements (sad).
Engage Kloop
next season, I don't think he can fail to reach us to the top 4 plus UCL round
of 16 (I guess he can do
better).
In fact, Milan have won just one
of their last seven games in all competitions, and that simply isn't
good enough for them as they harboured ambitions
of getting back into the Champions League
next season.
We will end the
season with 29 players classed as overage, 5
of them are goalkeepers (
of which 2 min will not be part
of the squad) whilst 4 others are arteta, Debuchy, flamini and rosicky who will surely leave, I also don't expect Sanogo or wellington to be part
of the first team
next season as they are simply not
good enough.
Wengers method
of bluffing the board & fans to keep him for a further
season... > We loose enough games to take us completely off winning the league, then say it wasn't in our control, we then fight till the end and win last few games so we look
good and like we worked hard to earn the 4th place trophy. He then links us with awesome transfers (which we all know wont happen), and finally while Man U / City and Chelsea organise pre-
season friendlies against top clubs, we play the weak ones, win and look all
good to go
next season without any additions... AND THEN REALITY STRIKES..
Arsenal fans will be expecting changes in the transfer window this summer, notably by bringing in top quality players with a wealth
of experience, but I'd say that Iwobi is almost certain to have a relatively big involvement in Arsenal first duties
next season and we can expect to see
good things from our newest prodigy.
goodness i can't believe it people will still defend him.You know something when Giroud misses many chances like at Monaco i did not criticize him even based on that you know why?its because he has always not been clinical. The only way a team can improve is by indentifying its problems and solving them.Arsenal has Giroud as the main cf and Welbeck as backup to him.Giroud has done
well scoring some goals some too important but collectively he does more harm than
good.Do not use moments to judge a player judge him based on content.Giroud does not excel in many games than he excels in games. As a main cf you need to be consistent.I see people here saying Giroud can not dribble he cant do this he cant do that but its a bit crazy to criticize him for that because every player has his own style.Giroud limitations as a player costs arsenal and will cost us a lot. Most importantly his poor finishing which has cost us several times. Not
good enough.His style
of play is ok for us but a striker who can take on players and run behind defences very
well would make us very strong and also should be clinical. For Welbeck he needs to works on his finishing and composure by doing the basic things right. He rushes infront
of goal too much. For now he is just above average. However he can excel if he works on improving.Giroud and Welbeck will always be a pain in arsenal's neck for most part. Some will call me stupid but hey at least i want to analyze the problem.People may support Giroud or Welbeck to lead the line
next season but as the saying goes if you fool me once shame on you but if you fool me twice shame on me.Will you let Giroud and Welbeck fool you again?
With United surely in need
of improvements upfront after disappointing
seasons from the likes
of Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao, there's no doubt the England international would be a
good upgrade to their attack for
next season.
Next season, fans will genuinely expect Arsenal to challenge from Day One until the last day — and do
better than round
of 16 in the Champions league.
Best we can do is wait and suffer until Wenger retires
of Kroenke sells, unfortunately a real fan knows his heart simply won't allow him to change it otherwise I would be a Bayern fan this
season and maybe a City fan
next season.
I'll actually cry if we lose him in the
next few
seasons, as I still think we're yet to see the
best of him
The player simply has everything it takes and while we may have to wait till
next season to see him getting regular first - team action, I firmly believe that he can contribute significantly towards the remainder
of the current campaign as
well.
Danny is not too concerned about his goal scoring though, as he feels that it being his first
season in a new team and city can account for some
of that, while he is confident that he will do much
better next season in front
of goal.
Alexis is in danger
of suffering from fatigue again during the course
of next season and so although we all recognise his passion and commitment to constantly training to be the
best he can be, it's vital that he now spends some time away from football resting, and this minor injury may just force him to actually give his body some
well - earned recovery time.
