Once we got back to the apartment, I wanted to stay on the healthy train so I made a salad full
of a few
of my favorite
vegetables and it turned
out pretty
well.
T and I started around 5 chopping a huge amount
of vegetables for vegan moussaka which actually turned
out way
better than I -LSB-...]
Whether you're planning your meals for the week or trying
out some new
vegetables, these Paleo
vegetables will surely delight your palate, keep things interesting, and highlight the
best qualities
of these amazing
vegetables.
Take
out the finely shredded
vegetables in a bowl, add rest
of the ingredients for Kachumbar in it and combine
well.
Wasn't sure what to expect and couldn't get all
of the ingredients — we use Splenda instsad
of Swerve and left
out the
vegetable glycerin — nonetheless it's still turned
out amazingly
good!
The only things that would make it more hippie - ish would be to sprinkle it with nutritional yeast, and perhaps do a green version
of the cheese (which I've considered;)... If you're trying to make a meal
out of the nachos, a
good approach is to pile them high with an added sheet pan
of simple, roasted
vegetables.
If you frequently run
out of vegetable broth, try getting a jar
of «
better than bouillon,» vegetarian.
Nothing excites me more than finding stacks
of containers filled with uneaten cooked

Smoothies can be a great meal after a workout
out, this drink is a mixture

Oven - roasting is an easy way to prepare
