I think the panic attacks were just my bodies way
of saying it could not go anymore... I have had countless tests — ekgs, stress tests, etc, all
of which are normal... and I am feeling
better... I am out and about and back at work... but I still often feel woozy and fatigued after short periods
of time which could be anxiety over my health... I have never felt this way in my
life, ever... it appears that I have not caused any serious damage... but I can not believe how I feel... how long will it before I feel normal again and can do light exercise... I am not sure I care at this point if get back into head
racing shape... I can be recreational... I just want to feel normal and
good again... and be in optimum health.
