I think these are
the best scalloped potatoes I have made.

The
best thing that I ate this year was a perfectly cooked filet with a pinot noir reduction,
scalloped potatoes and sauteed asparagus with homemade raspberry sorbet for dessert.
And the
scalloped potatoes always turn out
good.
I made this recipe for Easter dinner — everyone loved it even
better than traditional
scalloped potatoes.

I know,
scalloped potatoes don't really sound very
good... kind of like grade school cafeteria food.
Seems like everything just tastes
better wrapped in bacon... dates, jalapenos, asparagus,
scallops, filet Mignon... I've tried them all, why not sweet
potatoes?

well as the Kimchee Beef Tartare with quail egg and crispy
potato.
Those days where we served proper turkey dinner were much more enjoyable because I could be proud of some of what we were serving the kids... Except for the
potatoes — mash powder or
scalloped mix didn't sit
well with me.
As for food my favorite is
scalloped potatoes but will give anything a try if it taste
good lol.
