We generally come across these gentle giants cruising the
shallow slopes of Shark point, Halik, Soraya reef and Meno slope, and plan our

shallow entry points on sandy bottoms the surrounding area is covered in hard coral,, giant table corals, staghorn coral, cabbage coral ans many many many other hard coral species thrive here, around twenty five bommies rise to about 5m which attract colorful fish galore, you can reach a depth of about 20m, but the
best stuff is between 5 and 12m making it a perfect second or third
dive of the day.
Finally, towards the end of the
dive, with the sun high on the sky providing light, the groups spend a
good amount of time of a plentiful coral garden in
shallow water.

dive boat and start heading out to sea, where we will stop on top of one of the
best coral reef destinations for
shallow water diving.
Many of the
dive sites act as spawning sites for reef fish as the lagoons and mangrove
shallows offer
good protection for juvenile fish.
At the end of the
dive you come across a
shallow area which is inhabited by garden eels and is known as a
good spot for occasional sightings of barracuda, white - tip reef sharks, turtles and napoleon wrasse.
