pitch, he was obviously

Alexis came with a
good spirit, seing Ozil
on board, thinking a
team would be built around them but year after year, it is no top class addition with a guessing game plan, weakness all over the
pitch, players out of position, a
team scared to play and lost as manager... Sanchez then started to ask more money, we said no as to Ozil; waiting 6 month later to be
on last year contract... The all management is nuts and Alexis or any players try until they get fed up, Ozil plays to get fit for wrld cup and his value back...

In addition, if neither Cazorla nor Ramsey improve their game by a mile, i reckon Ox (for ramsey) or Sanchez (for Cazorla) should take their place
on the
team and put Poldi
on the left winger (or even Campbell
on the right) They do nt even have to be bad, this could even be nothing more than a proposition
on how to rotate the squad in the way of avoiding injuries
on players, as
well as giving frustrated benchwarmers some much appreciated time
on the
pitch.
but, im ok with this vardy transfer... it shows us many things: 1) wenger is changing, something some of us have been demanding for a long time; 2) it shows that wenger is taking risks: think about it, he is buying a men for a not cheap price, knowing he could not getting anything after, with a future sell i mean... this is an act that shows wengers intentions to win something, the buy is not motivated by any financial or economic reason but only for a «get the f epl once again» reason... this is an act that shows us hungry, even if we fail, we could said we try... first ever, we really try; 3) finally but very important... vardy is the kind of player we need... he is a warrior, a fighter... he has character... look at how he celebrate his goals... full of energy... he, like alexis, can motivate the
team when the things are not going in our way (something wenger cant do because of his age and because he has never been an active coach
on the
pitch)... the vardy transfer, if it finish
well, is a demostration of a change, and a
good one... lets take care of winning things and do nt look the economic side for once... vardy is a bit old, but we can give a chance to welbeck after maybe, or akpom... u are not thinking about the future when we talk about ibra... guys: u complain when wenger do nt spend or because he is always looking for the bargain when u are the guys who has to pay the very expensive tickets... u complain when wenger buy the always for the future guy... like morata... stop to complain for everything and be consequent with yourself... i would love auba, but it is not going to happen... lukaku is awesome but the asking price is stupid... lets try with vardy, give us the throphy..
And wenger has disrupted
team structure to have him
on the
pitch... With bellerin Gabriel and coquellin
on the up we get back to the old conclusion... Two or three class players short of challenging the

Beth's determination both
on and off the
pitch, either to win or have a
good time with the
team, is infectious.
Ramsey — overpaid, overused, injury prone, not clinical enough as a passer or finisher and he's played out of position way too much to the detriment of our supposed offensive and defensive schemes... obviously I think he has some skills and I'm pleased he didn't let his horrible injury years ago end his career but he holds
on to the ball too much, gives away the ball too often and too cheaply, doesn't play
good enough defensively considering the previous concern and often finds himself to far up the
pitch way too often for a guy who doesn't score or assist near enough...
better suited for Wales where the
team is set up to accommodate his and Bales skills
You turn up
on the
pitch and you give a minimum of 100 %... I have yet to see this from our
team this season and they should take some responsibility for this as

The reason Nasri and RVP did so
well was because they played with confidence and didn't always follow the manager's passing instructions, you would see them dribble past players to create goals and show their discontent with the
team when we played badly, we haven't seen that for the past 5 years, it's like the manager doesn't want players to take command of a game and that would explain why we never have any leaders
on the
pitch.
Ramsey is not been played in his preferred position and ut shows but the boy leaves everything

on the
pitch before the serious stuff starts.

pitch and boost their moral rather than being negative and boring,
good days are ahead for us as we just have recruited the top 2 guys for talent spotting and contract management and we are still in 3 cups, COYG
corzola is very
good at giving us
good control when we are up against
teams that stand off our midfield, but if we up against a
team that presses against us we need power to break through and press back, i saw pogba last night and he was miles above all the players
on the
pitch, when he came
on just ran the whole midfield
on his own, wenger should blow all of his next summers budget signing pogba, even if it takes everything we got the kid is the
best young c / m in the world atm.
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead
on the left and Ox
on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played
better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied
on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but
on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put
on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name
on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7
teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy
on the
pitch, but neither are top quality and no
good team can afford to have that many average players
on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
Mertz should never have been our captain in the first place... who has ever heard of a
team that makes 11th hour transfer buys (Arteta & Mertz) then seemingly places those same individuals into prominent leadership positions from the get - go... indicative of the problems that have permeated our clubhouse for the
better part of 7 years under the Kroenke & Wenger... what is wrong with the players chosen and / or the management style of Wenger that doesn't develop and / or encourage strong leadership from within... Mertz was the fine collecting lackey from year one... this is what happens when you don't get world - class players because many times they want to have a voice
on and off the
pitch and this can't happen when you play for a fragile manager who has developed a coddling wage structure where everyone is rewarded for simply wearing the shirt and participating in the process... not enough balance between performance and pay, combined with the obvious favoritism shown to some players regardless of their glaring lack of production... remember that Ramsey has played in positions that make no sense considering his skill - set (out wide) and has forced other players off the field or into equally unfamiliar positions with little or no justification (let's remember when you read articles about how Ramsey's goals this upcoming season being the potential X-factor for our success that this is the same individual who didn't score a goal until the final week last season)... this of course is just one example of many... before I hear another word from Mertz I want this club to address the fact that no former player of any real consequence has any important role in the management structure of this club, yet several former Gunners have expressed serious interest in just such an endeavor (Henry, Viera, Adams, Bergkamp... just to name a few legends)... there is only one answer: an extremely insecure manager!!!
A normal
team will give maximum of ONE player freedom to roam the

on a typical day, THAT is a disaster waiting to happen, especially against very
well organized side.

Big derbies like this never come down to who is in
better form, its about who turns up
on the day... Lets hope the
team that destroyed Chelsea
pitches up tomoro, and lets hope the boss gets the selection right.
If Arsenal stick with three centre backs then Mustafi must be considered a far
better choice for the third birth alongside Kos and Holding rather then Monreal.Kolasinac has to come back in at left eing - back and Bellerin revert to the right.Midfield is a very different matter.Arsenal still desperately need a proper defensive central player.Ozil in this current side can not be considered anything more than a luxury. All of Bournemouth's creativity will come down the flanks so it's necessary to put players
on to the
pitch who are prepared to fulfill their defensive duties. This also means that unless Ramsey can work out that he's playing in midfield not as a number 10 he has no place
on the
team either.
We have glaring weaknesses
on the
pitch in Goal, at Centre Back and DM.Until these major deficiencies are resolved the
team will continue to leak goals to even minor
teams and i mean no disrespect to Brighton who are doing
well under the guidance of a very fine Manager.Despite our huge defensive issues Wenger decided to buy 2 attacking players in Mik and Auba.
It a shame no one has stats for drawing opposition players out of play which Wilshere dose so
well but sometimes his cought with the ball and he gets heavy tackle against him, I would like to see them both
on the
pitch and see what hapens, I'm sure it will be a high scoring game for both
teams
We had all our
best attacking players
on the
pitch and we still couldn't score one goal against a mickey mouse
team.
I'd have focused more
on Torres (which I did), the lack of CB depth (I'd prefer to have two quality CBs to back up a 3 back rather than just one with one of the starters being a converted CDM), the lack of players who fit the outside mid role
well in this formation (which, hey, maybe that's part of what you were referring to), and the fact that when you play more attackers higher up the
pitch, it often requires a
team to be able to implement a high pressuring defensive line (Dempsey and Bruin are not suited for that).
Are you dizzy, Arteta is the worst captain Arsenal have ever had in terms of his ability
on the
pitch, he's not
good enough to play in an advanced position for us.if he was at everton he wouldn't make their
team so why is he our captain?i want him gone
But that won't happen as Arsene thinks he should stay
on, things will change with Alexis back in the
team, as they seem to have a
better understanding
on the
pitch.
But
on the other hand, if you play
well and the
team gives everything and leaves nothing
on the
pitch, then the fans appreciate that.
What
good is spending money
on Cech, when the
team in front of him finished twelve points off the Championship pace last year and is riddled with glass shoes that spend more time in the treatment room than
on the
pitch.
