Football was never about loyalty. It's just a choice. We'll always mention how loyal some players were but won't mention how loyalty has finisbed the careers of some players.Such players stay
in the

better chances.I know you know what I mean. One such player is Jack Wilshere. If he had left Arsenal seasons back there was a high chance that he'd have been

It's obvious for me that arsenal need 4 players to become a
world class
team like bayern and real madrid i couldn't dare mention barcelona because they have unbelievable front three and they maybe the
best attack
in history of
football we are lacking quality
in the ST as
well as the RW of course giroud and campvell are very
good players but
in my opinion they are less
in quality than the rest of the
team so we need to improve the quality
in these positins About the DM it's a number issue and i think the position is covered with flamini doing
good job and elneny coming which can be deployed there About the fourth signing we need is a center back I don't think i saw till now enough minutes for gabriel to tell if he can make the position his own or not But what makes me doubt him that wenger didn't choose him till now over per which means he is not miles ahead of him so i think we need a new
better CB This
team can go and fight for every thing even the champions leafue....
Tactically Wenger is not on par with the current leading managers
in world football fact, but if we are discussing the
team mentality then isn't it true that players tend to reflect the attitude of the managers, if we look at the leading managers how many of them sit down holding themselves instead of getting up to spur there
team on, how many of them are critical about individual player performances as
well as
team performances, Wenger either cheers them on or does nothing, he may say that he still has passion and desire for the club and that maybe true, but rarely does that passion and desire become apparent, particularly on the pitch.
Let's get real here.It is very unlikely that ANY professional player will ever say anything derogatory about a teammate that has just left the club.If Jack had said about Coq - «Grew up playing with him
in the Youth
Team and have fond memories of a player they though he had very limited ability he always gave his all.Very surprised and disappointed the club never invested
in a
World Class defensive midfielder that we have quite obviously been lacking for a number of seasons and would no doubt have improved the defensive weakness we have shown over a number of seasons» we would have echoed his thoughts entirely. If he had said about Theo - «A player who should have been so much better than he ended up being. He had everything needed to be a prolific player for our club but I can understand the fans frustrations with his continued lack - lustre performances and total lack of a football brain.I think this is best explained by the managers preference to play a player of such limited ability as Alex Iwobi in front of Theo pretty much says it all» we again would have all nodded our agreement.Although Jack never mentioned Alexis Sanchez I would imagine something along the lines of «If the Manager had not persisted with players with such limited ability such as Francis and Theo and instead bought the world class players needed into the club then Sanchez would still most likely be here. The fans must wonder what the hell goes on at the club as they pay fortunes for the privalage of following our club but it seems the millions generated ends up purchasing a new Texas Ranch for the Owner or in a yearly renumeration of # 9million pounds to our manager&ra

Are some of you on here missing a few brain cells as fans There is nothing Arsenal or Wenger can do with the Sanchez situation He wants to leave and has been offered 400k a week
in wages who
in their right mind is going to turn that down as a player As for blaming wenger who has been our most successful manager helped us build a stadium gave us 20 years of cl
football and some of the
best teams the ol has seen Including the invincible and you all have the Gaul to trash the man as if he has done nothing for the club I suggest you should look at the plastic fans
in the Arsenal blogs that have created a toxic atmosphere at the club They attack their own players
in a daily basis why would any top player come to s club where the manager the owners and players are shamelessly attached constantly Yet Wenger wins trophies regularly even them that is derided Look at Spurs Liverpool they win fuk all every year yet their fans back then Look at yourselves and all the negativity that you have created striking the club before you blame Wenger for everything I have been a season ticket holder since the 70s and never have I seen our fanbase been so full of entitled morons who have stopped backing the club and constantly deride the club snd attack it We have the worst fanbase
in football you have made this great club a lagging stock
in world football All you now us fans constantly moaning If you don't like Arsenal fc then buy out kronke and run the club or fuk off and support someone else You won't be missed Coyg

I find it funny that anyone who watches Arsenal and understands
football can actually say Ramsey is
better than Wilshere.So
in an ideal
world if the
best teams were to choose between Wilshere or Ramsey at their
best who would they rather have?
Joining a club of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured of all players at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented
footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been
better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very
good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a
world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much
better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it
in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms
well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge
team while the rest is
in your court. It is not what so many people make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
This club went from one of the
best in world football to a basic
team showing up
in competitions and disappearing after few rounds because it is not the objective anyway.
Mick you know apart from Podolski who is not
world class the rest are not natural left wingers everyone can play there but its a specialized talent to play on the left there are one natural left wingers to ten right wingers
in the
world may be even more, all top
teams have the
best lefties, if you look back to our games
in the past against top
teams left is where we were punished the most and the last time we had a natural left winger was Samir Nasri and if you remember that was the last time Arsenal played sexy
football.
Ask anyone, any real
football fan and they'll tell you every single
team in the
world has
good patches and bad throughout the season.
Yes we have improved we have become more aware we have started to show some maturity when facing the top dogs and that's the difference between us this season and us getting SMASHED by all of the top
teams last season and if you watch
football you can see that the city side are not a patch on their former selves nor Liverpool nor even chelski, we are NOT another 49 unbeaten squad not yet and not for a while until the improvements are made, Yea credit where its due of course but lets NOT RUN AWAY WITH THE IDEA WE ARE
WORLD BEATERS JUST YET EH, AKB's are the reason we'll never improve as a fan base because they can see NO wrong
in anything the board or AW does, Im no AOB but I do see the need for self criticism and improvement and at BIGGUN its not a ridiculous statement at all we have improved but they have also been off the ball and that why we're having a
good run.

We are
well aware that Olivier Giroud has been told to leave Arsenal for regular first
team football if he wants to retain his place
in the France national side this summer at the
World Cup, and the latest rumours are that he would like to go on loan to another London club.
of course no
team wants to lose but I can guarantee you that the reaction by the Chelski fans after today's results are nowhere near what would have occurred if we shit the bed on opening day... the difference is they have tasted EPL success on more than one occasion recently, they have won the Champions League and they have done it with 3 different managers
in the last 12 years with a similar, if not smaller, wage bill than us...
in comparison, we have been experiencing our own personal Groundhog Day with nothing to show for it but a few silvery trinkets that would barely wet the appetite of a
world - class club... so it's time for Wenger to stop gloating over our week one escape act and make some substantial moves before this window closes or I fear that things will take a horrible turn when the inevitable happens... living on a knife's edge is no way to go through a full season of
football and regardless of what side of the argument you fall on, you could feel high levels of toxicity
in the air and that was friggin week one... I would much rather someone tried their
best and failed, than took half - measures and hoped for the
best
i really can not find any errors from your article from a
football fan point of view and am also tired of lying to myself that we have the

players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting
world every once
in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler, who have a different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest on the part of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely
in the mix, as their respective
teams try desperately to find a way to get the
best out of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking of tactics... when things go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike...
in the case of Ozil and Sundin, their successes on the international stage and / or with their former
teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the
best of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being run by corporations who valued profitability over providing the
best possible product on the field... for them, they cared more about shirt sales and season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil of any responsibility for his failures on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind of players necessary for him to flourish... with our poor man's version of Benzema up front, the headless chickens
in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide positions far too often and the fact that Carzola, who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a
world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and for much of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers...
in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be
in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our
best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship
football back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled player to find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
There is a quite widely held theory
in the
football world that Arsenal have become a
team that just can not seem to produce our
best performances when it really matters and there is evidence that the proponents of this theory can point to for support, most recently the slips against the likes of Swansea and Man United that effectively ended our chances of the Premier League title.
love your articles galen this just proves the sheer stupidity and arrogance of our manager what are players like ozil and giroud still doing at arsenal after their first season ozil should probably be sold back to shalke
in a soft league and who knows he might play his
best football and it might help
in his national
team form cazorla is a
good player but not
world class he can not be classified on the same level against players like silva iniesta and the old arsenal fabregas sanchez is also
good but he needs to add more to his game for him to be put on the same level with
world beaters like suarez neymar and bale koscienly is also
good but he has too many injury troubles coquelin is a class player but he is not
world class he is
good technically but not a dominant midfielder like schneiderlin and fernandinho as for cech he is there among the
best keepers and he is the only positive
in this arsenal
team.Needs to work on his distribution though the back four is solid but has alot of light weights strong and powerful foward might find it easy
No matter how
good a
football team is, and after shipping three goals to Leicester City despite claiming all three points on Friday I am not sure we can say that Arsenal are all that
good just yet, the Premier League is one of the toughest trophies
in the
world to win and if there are
teams and squads
better than you then it is almost certain you will not win it.
In your section «10 Greatest Players of All Times» when ranking PELE, you mention as a negative for him that he did not play in Europe a more football competitive scenario than South America, actually it was totally the opposite since in the decade of the 60s and part of the 70s the best football of the world was played in Brazil and the rest of South America at both the national team and club leve

PSG clearly mean business, and after losing their first Ligue 1 title
in a number of years, they made huge strides
in securing their place as the
best team in France by signing two of the most coveted talents
in world football, the two players most likely to battle it out for the Ballon D'Or for years to come.
Until around a decade ago, when David Dein, a legendary fan and visionary successful vice chairman, who
in practice ran the club (not the
team of course) and the club was a proud and classy top
world wide name, representing all that was
good and honourable
in football.
It was a great night because at the time Barca were, like they are now, widely regarded as the
best football team in the
world.
Arsenal fans spent the next decade living
in their own deluded
world where Arsenal history ended
in 2004 and winning
teams bought the league had plastic fans whereas Arsenal played the
best football and had real fans.
