I grow the world's
best tomatoes and basil as well as lots of roses, lavender and other flowers.
The next time you're at the farmers market or grocery store, be sure to pick up some of the summer's
best tomatoes and basil.

I love them all, but if I had to pick a favourite then I'd say the sun dried
tomato and basil flavour is the
best as it's just so rich in flavour but the roasted aubergine
and carrot flavours were real hits with my friends.
I used to be all about the «Philly Cheesesteak» pizzas with thinly sliced steak, but I have to say now I'm a sucker for a
good fresh
tomato,
basil and mozzarella pie — a classic, for a very
good reason!
Love taking fresh
tomatoes basil green onions
and black beans
and tossing them in a little bit of olive oil
and balsamic, if you have peppers
and other veggies throw them in as
well.
The original recipe is fresh mozzarella,
tomatoes and basil with a few
good turns of sea salt with a lush drizzle of olive oil.
Add in some juicy

and you're

good old standby lately has been Portebello «Pizzas» Preheat oven to 425 F. Top an upside down Portobello mushroom with whatever you can find, but in my case,
basil, cherry
tomatoes and Boccaccini.

well with salty Feta cheese
and the fresh flavors of

The inspiration for this roasted
tomato pasta salad comes from those
tomatoes,
and of course the classic Italian caprese salad, a layered combination of fresh
