Well to be perfectly honest, I think this would taste just as
good with butternut or another
type of squash.

good staples to think about; have a variety
of green, a
type of meat, something for change in texture like a crunch, and something to give it a creamy consistency.
We also like to mix different
types of squash together as
well.

better way to use zucchini or other
types of summer
squash: sauté them in olive oil and mix them together with some chopped basil to make a delicious pasta dish.
