chances of the U.S. Congress
passing a five - year farm bill by year's end are a little
better than 50/50 given the gridlock over food stamps for the poor, a top farm policy expert said on Monday...
many players had
chances normally its a score
in all arsenal matches arsenal put up a
good fight arsenal keep a high percentage
of the ball with high number
of passes attaching regularly with many
chances on target go begging These
chances got to score on the board We are coming into a an important hard busy period were we will need to be
in form running on all cylinders
What about the 2nd half
of last season, don't think he played consistently then, missed
chances, gave the ball away trying to do too much and not
passing to players
in better positions.
So u are right with a ghost
in the pitch while he put one
good pass (it was not the amazing
pass u all are talking about, the
pass of alexis to iwobis

pass).
And at the end
of the day if one midfielder is palpably
better in possession,
passing and assists and
chances created you have to take notice.
I think the history
of defense first leads to a philosophy on not taking
chances on offense that has hurt the
passing game, but none
of the guys that failed here went on to be
good in other places.
guy couldnt
pass the ball wright, can not shot, not just he missing
chances but he miss the ball all the time, slowing the tempo, no pace no speed old story, on one on one no way he can
pass the player, dribble like my grandma... and you tell me how the guy with this attributes can be no. 1 striker and play
in the
best league
in the world and probably one
of the
best clubs
in the world... as long as i am alive i would ask myself how giroud stray
in arsenal and be no. 1 striker... even my little cousin make a jokes about him, its obvious like a day... guy is laughingstock!!!
If you've been the Emirates youll know only too
well the games I mean, Arsenal would have several hundred attempts on goal but just couldn't score, and even though
in times past the calmness and composure
of Arsene would filter down to the players and the goal would come (no matter how late) times had changed and now the players knew that if they missed that
chance or misplaced that
pass the fans would groan or moan, and this led to the tension that has haunted the Emirates ever since.
Arsenal have done it again by putting all thier backs on coquelin's shoulder and now he gets injured who will replace him?flamini «can't
pass the ball and leaves arsenal open», arteta «no
chance and was one
of main reasons arsenal drew 3 - 3 against andrelecht» and the other candidate wilshere «bullshit he can't defend properly and might as
well leave the club» I would prefer Christoph Kramer who is tall, mobile and will provide cover for our defence and
in the recent match against Australia he came on as a substitute and provided the basic cover Germany needed.
i think the whole team is playing
good our
passing is
good and precise and we work fantastically our way out
of the defense i like the combination - football we showed
in the first half, chambo missed a great
chance but that does happen, suarez missed a great
chance too
He also has the
best passing accuracy (91 percent)
in the Arsenal team and has created more scoring
chances (13) than any
of his team mates.
Out
of form players include Ramsey (trying to be the worlds
best player it seems, too many flick, wasting possession) Wilshere (too much dribbling and always wanting to do 1 - 2 everytime
in opposition box) Ox (no 1
good game
in 8 isn't
good enough) Welbeck (not getting
in goall scoring postion isn't wanting to make runs to receive
passes) Cazorla (too many
chances missed
in last 5 games, alsmost all from the same position) Flamini (is not making enough tackles and isn't commanding the midfied) Mertesacker (Has lost positional awareness, reacting late to situations) Scszesny (can't make 3,4 or 5
good saves
in a match, maximum is always 2) Monreal (although not really since he isn't a CB)
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety
of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style
of play has become a shadow
of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out
of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense
in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid
of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes
in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess
in the offensive zone or who can even
pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out
of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself
in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes
of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play
of Monreal, but none
of these players possess the skill - set required
in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio
of scored goals per clear
chances was relatively low (
better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling
in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit
better during some points
in the latter part
of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis
in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself
in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him
in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part
of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature
of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive
in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player
of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out
of position far too many times since arriving and that the players
in front
of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence
in Real or the space and protection he receives
in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a
passing «specialist» long before he arrived
in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components...
in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them
in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion
in a regular starting eleven; I would say that,
of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one
of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin
in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation...
in Sanchez, we get one
of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already
of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs
of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often
in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and
in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack
of mobility is an albatross around the necks
of our offence... so when you ask who would be our
best starting 11, I don't have a clue because
of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place
in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
There is just 0.01 difference
in their overall score, while Gibbs does
better on things like
passing and possession with Baines edging it on
chances created and the attacking side
of things.
Bellerin, Chambers, Holding, Monreal Give youth a
chance for gods sake. Our other centre backs are
passed their
best and
in the case
of Mustafi he is simply bang average.
But Wenger does not want just a tackler and a spoiler, so his
pass success rate
of 80 percent is pretty
good and he does create
chances and join
in with the attack., although not quite as much as Schneiderlin.
I would play chambers
in dm position alongside ramsey with ozil having free role behind sanchez and ox on right that gives us plenty
of pace and will allow ozil to get on the ball more and produce his magic
passes he will be much more influential then stuck out on the wing espec as he is poor at tracking back so lets play to his strengths that will get the
best out
of him and
in turn create more
chances for forwards!
Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass
of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the
best you have to bring more than just assists to the table... for me, a top player has to possess a more
well - rounded game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast on both ends
of the pitch, but they must have the ability to take their game to another level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early on, it set the bar too high, so when people expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the pressure seemed to get the
best of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's not an excuse for what has happened
in the meantime, but it's important to make note
of a few things: (1) his
best year was a transition year for many
of the traditionally dominant teams
in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear
better than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by playing him out
of position and by not acquiring world - class striker and / or right - side forward that would
best fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his
chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss
of Cazorla, who took a lot
of pressure off Ozil
in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to getting him the ball
in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise missed a
good chunk
of games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the same way, whether for Real or the German National team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods with Arsenal... to me that goes directly to this club's inability to surround him with the necessary players to succeed, especially for someone who is a
pass first type
of player; as such, this simply highlights our club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed
in both Ozil and our management team for not stepping up when it counted because they had a
chance to do something special, but they didn't have it
in them... there is no one that
better exemplifies our recent history than Ozil, brief moments
of greatness undercut by long periods
of disappointing play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste
It was a situation where one has to calculate the
chances of scoring, and his view was narrowed, had the ball on his right foot but had two players
in support
of him so he
passed because Ramsey was
in a much
better position.
Qualities: Giroud - Hold up (but not against top defenders Tery, Cahil, etc), short
pass, hard working, team player, defensive duties (set - pieces), injuries Benteke - Hold up, short
pass,
better dribbler, long shots, finishing, positioning, defensive duties (set - pieces), can play with his back to the goal and also drop deep and face the goal when marked weakness: Giroud - very slow, easily marked, poor finishing (not wc finisher), technique Benteke - injuries, not a hard worker If you look the stats for the since 2012/2013, they have almost similar records except that Benteke scored like total
of 19 goals (correct me if I'm wrong)
in his 1st season and also have a decent record against top teams, keep
in mind he plays for AstonVilla not Arsenal where you get much more
chances and
better players around.
We need goals everywhere
in the side Giroud is the platform to build off the wall
pass the man who occupies the centre half's, the attacking mids are there to join
in with him and we need our left and right forwards to arch there runs from out to
in for Ozil to slide balls
in for them after Giroud holding it up or Ramsey to slide the
passes or arrive late himself we need to share the goals round the side more instead
of this nonsense
of let's find a 30 goal prem scorer which no team has either lol Giroud is contributing
well for us
of course he misses
chances what striker doesn't.
You could see it on the faces
of the Arsenal players like Olivier Giroud, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez last night
in the home game against our perennial pains
in the neck Swansea City, as
chance after
chance went begging and the
passes started to go astray as
well.
You can see on the stats website Squawka.com that Ozil beats his closest EPL rivals
in terms
of chances created and key
passes as
well.
I feel slightly bad for Holding, he was
good OFF the back
in positioning ect, but on the ball shocking, he didn't get much help from Ozil and Bellerin who were both absent infront
of him when he lost the ball because he had no one to
pass to, I guess it's his fault overall though, if you're
in that situation and can't find anyone just hoof it away don't lose it and give them a
chance on goal.
Xhaka - 3 one competent
pass doesn't make up for a rather careless performance... a handful
of times he telegraphed
passes in the worst part
of the field when playing a counterattacking team and this needs to stop if he has any
chance of maintaining that role... reminds me
of a taller Arteta at Arsenal, which isn't a
good memory
There is no way that even the most ardent Arsenal fan can say that we were the
better team
in the first half but we stil should have been ahead at halftime, because while Liverpool had the
better play and the
better chances, Ramsey DID score a great goal after a peach
of a
pass from Cazorla.

Herc was

well, putting

chance to attack them.
Mr Mourinho that's what I can call u because you are not special any more, you open your eyes and see what MATA did and you see how he control the mildfield as
well which we are such a
chances since we started this season when u said Oscar is ur no 10, if you are talking
of 10 the player must ready to let
pass flow all over the attacking role, so ever
in your life bench our
best player any more if you want to be successful
in Chelsea and if you know its not
good for you sell him to MAN U or Arsenal and see it will finish you Mr Morinho.....

As
well as tackles though, the former Southampton man has one
of the
best pass - completion rates
in the league, and is adept at creating
chances for his team.
We talk a lot and getting to know him is
good for me because it is not easy to come
in and adapt
in just a few games, and to start with we will miss some
passes and
chances because
of communication.
Following a
well - known script, Arsenal wasted a number
of well created
chances, the most glaring miss coming from Wilshere, and sought refuge
in pretty but ineffective
passing triangles.
He plays with his head up, looks like he reads the game

But

Had more shots, had a
better chance of passing it with the foot he prefers more since it would result
in higher accuracy and perhaps his crosses being
better due to him running down to the byline and cutting it back onto the inside â $ «again, itâ $ ™ s just a thesis, it does not have to capture everything that could and would happen.
