As for Gabriel I thought he was overlooked too often and was beginning to show some promise for the future. Is Mustafi really an improvement?Im not too sure.Gabriels performance against Citeh in
last seasons Semi-Final was immense and he was a certain pick for the final but for his injury the
week before. He is apparently impressing at Valencia and we could have

better player

week one escape act and make some substantial moves before this window closes or I fear that things will take a horrible turn when the inevitable happens... living on a knife's edge is no way to go through a full season of football and regardless of what side of the argument you fall on, you could feel high levels of toxicity in the air and that was friggin

week like HE thinks he is My dad is
doing radiotherapy and one of his drivers has a 17 year old son in the youth team and word round the campfire is that Theo has
last his bottle cos of the injuries he's suffered and that's why he asking for more dough cos he worried he ain't got as long a career as he thought he may have, understandable if true to a point but also explains why he fluffs his lines in front of goal a lot more
than he hits the target I don't dislike him or OG particularly BUT they are not the guys to lead the line and neither for that matter is Welbeck

last week.Of course Wenger didn't coach them to make these mistakes but when it is
week in
week out you have no option other
than to look at the root of who where and why and it alls comes down on Wenger. These are all very
good players who have all played and play international football for their respective countries, so the odd mistake is part and parcel but it is more
than this and the evidence is there in black and white for all to see.

last few

better team

I started googling way back in may who could we be buying gonzalo higuian, julio cesar and wayne rooney but realize going by history wenger just as no interest in buying world class players, he wants 2 buy d grade players and turn them up to koscienly nd nasri that will take years while da arsenal faithful pay handsome figures for dismal performances, fans allowed wenger 2 get away when he gets away with these lucky matches of fenerbache been strong on paper but a waste of tym on the pitch, also it happen at bayern but they put a slighty weak team but wenger runt his mouth around of how
good da team was after that 2 - 0 win, not forgetting it was bould that got the team defense looking solid while wenger moan about referee decisions and no blame on team, I just feel we (arsenal) have allowed wenger and co to misuse us, so now our main target aim is benzema yet giroud plays more often
than him for france, can any1 see how wenger is lowing our standards and expectations at arsenal, I wil be over da moon if wenger
does not sign an extension wit us, after the gilberto days and disaterous results and teams we play, his approach to the game defensely which is pathetic and his annoying behaviour. So what if manu and chelski haven't really bought they are already strong it was seen
last week now we should be worried about our selves since that villa defeat, jst imagine what the man's and london money maniac's are goin 2
do to us, I can see it already coming from wenger, if we find the right player we will buy him, after sept2, we didn't find da right player but the squad can challenge for the title, its so sick having 2 hear that crap, just take him psg, I just wish the fans would say we had enough of this bullshit transfer policies its time we stood up against these pigs of directors by protesting!

Last week playing Tomks and Reid in the middle was not
good and so far Tomks has played
better at right back because he concentrated more and don't give me that not so
good attacking view we don't need that with the midfield and forwards we have and I would prefer Kouyate going forward and not having to worry about covering Jenks back, Time for Oxford to have a game along side Reid I think or Ginge, Maybe Jenks and Noble need to watch from the bench for a
week and get a reality check, No I ain't saying get rid just a slap on the wrist to wake them up

It is a fact that our net spend is less
than the interest the owners receive on loans to the club The money spent on players only makes up part of what we didn't spend
last year Other clubs spending about # 60 million outside top 6 We should try for Barkley for # 30m pay Lanzini # 100 k a
week which we pay to less
good players and plan to play Rice with Reid at CB as he's
better than all the other CB's we have Buying Kone for more
than # 6 mill would be a waste of money Sunderland supporters think he's the worst CB in premiership
last season!

The very very
last thing that I add in and sometimes it can be a
good 12 - 15
weeks before I add in this component is chronic competitive motion where it's okay, we're actually going out to go on a bike ride or swim or run or something that is metabolic conditioning roadwork because that's the stuff in someone that is overtrained who often times has their parasympathetic nervous system really really beat up you know, if you test their heart rate variability, the number called there high frequency is really really consistently low you know usually because there are triathletes or marathoners that's more often I'm dealing with those people with adrenal fatigue
than I am with like a cross fitter who's kind of an opposite sympathetic nervous system fatigue issue but with those parasympathetic nervous fatigue, the
last thing we add back in is the swimming and the biking and the running because it's important to realize that when you're trying to recover from adrenal fatigue or overtraining, even if you're
doing like an easy swim or an easy bike ride or an easy run, if you're a triathlete or a marathoner or a swimmer or a cyclist, those easy sessions send a message to your body that you're training, that you're running from a lion and you still get that hormonal depletion and it's so easy for you to just turn into a depletion session and so that's the very very
last thing that I'll add back in so that's kinda like the crow's eye view of you know, the type of things that I'll implement in a program for overtraining recovery, you know and you know, this is something that people hire me to walk them through.

I haven't slept
well for the
last couple of nights, my little princess is fighting with flu and ear infection, the weather has gone all cold on us in Helsinki, the temperatures have dropped down 10 - 11 °C in less
than 24 hours, I also had my
last filling and tooth «cover»
done yesterday, so once again I have looked like a tomato and felt crappy, etc... Not the
best week and sometimes, no matter how positive you try to think and deal with everything, sometimes you just need this one day to simply feel like * hit, cry it out if you have to and have a nice comfort in form of chocolate bar or an ice cream sundae... That's what this day will serve me for and hopefully tomorrow will be much
better.

than I need.
