I just made this
smoothie for lunch and it was
better than I could have imagined, especially
good right now in fall.
I make it constantly, and though I'm generally in too much of a rush on weekdays to eat anything much fancier
than a
smoothie or protein bar, I always look forward to a bowl of yogurt topped with the chocolately
good stuff and fresh berries on weekends.
I'd been searching for a
smoothie recipe that had flavors similar to a Suja juice I love but can't drink due to the high carb count, and this hit the spot
better than I ever could've hoped for!
I think juicing is amazing and both juicing and making
smoothies have their own benefits so I don't think one is necessarily
better than the other.
