Some recipes adapt better than others, but it works particularly nice in Asian recipes, vegetarian / vegan recipes and with seafood, like mussels.

Well, some recipes were harder to come up with than others.

Some waxed paper does seem to stick more than others (I never had trouble with mine at home in the all the testing rounds, nor did the recipe's tester but...) so parchment paper might be a better bet next time.

I like this recipe combo of the nut & flax, MUCH better than breads I've tried with only one or the other.

I've made this before and think it performs far better as a standalone loaf than relative to other conventional recipes.

Potato starch and tapioca starch are interchangeable, but I find that potato starch really works well in bread, and other recipes that rely on rising, since it seems to have a stronger structure than tapioca.
