ketchup is one really
good thing that comes out of the USA.
Over the years I have come up with tomato - free Cherry BBQ Sauce, Huckleberry BBQ Sauce, and Strawberry Balsamic Pizza Sauce (all of these recipes are in my cookbook), and finally I can say I have a
Ketchup that is just as
good, and I think even
better than the real thing!
I'm going out on a limb, and I'm going to go ahead and say that
ketchup, although sugary, is a
better / healthier obsession
than Nacho dip.

better for you and much lower in sugar
than ketchup — making it my condiment of choice — especially when I'm focusing on eating
well and staying slim.

It seems like it would certainly be a
better idea
than giving them higher - calorie, fatty or sugary options like
ketchup and mayonnaise, but you're still not totally sure if it's safe or not.
