I've said that
fish oil helps you recover faster, and that Turmeric extract fights inflammation
better than any NSAID I (or any of my clients) have ever used.
It seems
fish oil is
better than flax
oil, but flax seeds are
better than flax
oil because the
oil doesn't contain the lignans which are thought to be beneficial in cancer prevention.

than fish oil, and that's a
good thing.

good antioxidant blend and a Krill
oil (which is even more powerful
than fish oil).
