than good old Quaker brand, except I used them in a muesli recipe where I had to soak them overnight and they were slightly mushy but I swapped to Silk Almond milk instead and fixed the problem and it was delicious.

Also known as Irish or Scottish Oatmeal, steel - cut oatmeal, takes longer to cook
