I love potatoes and will eat just about any kind, prepared any «ol way at all, but few things are
better than a pan of Au Gratin Potatoes ~ thinly sliced potatoes slathered in a creamy, silky cheese sauce with crispy golden brown edges.

We fared
better than another commenter, as ours stayed together in the
pan, however, they were still quite mushy and as such doesn't really qualify as a burger if you ask me.

than a few tablespoons for each one and i did notice the middle to feel dry or that uncooked kinda feeling and i wonder did i not mix
well enough, other
than that i warmed banana on a
pan and put them on with ground flax and it was really food.
(For folks having trouble with a soggy crust, investing in metal pie
pans is
well worth it... thanks to the KAF folks, I've learned that they bake much
better than the glass
pans I've always used!)
I had to use two
pans; one
pan worked out much
better than the other.
I baked it in a round silicone
pan that I have, not sure the exact size... and it actually came out
better than my cupcakes, which kind of stuck to my
pan because I don't have cupcake liners (i thought the sillcone would be
good enough, and I greased with some butter...).
We use a standard - sized muffin
pan when baking this recipe; if you were able to get 18 muffins out of this recipe, it's possible that each muffin
well was slightly less full or you used a bit more apples
than what was used to develop the recipe.

than that, I found the marinade / sauce more
than sufficiently thick without a roux after a short amount of cooking - I didn't need as long as indicated but maybe that's because I used a cast iron
pan and it retained the heat from the oven

Or, roll up inside tortillas, place in an oiled
pan, top with your favorite homemade or prepared salsa verde or enchilada sauce, bake about 20 minutes and serve topped with more Tofutti
Better Than Sour Cream and the garnish if your choice.
We make this all the time although rather
than broiling the sausage we just cook it in the fry
pan as
well.
Pyrex glass loaf
pans are nonreactive and
good conductors of heat, and brown loaves faster
than aluminum.
Other
than that, the technique is really easy: get the
pan good and hot over very high heat, then turn the heat down, add the tortilla, top, and stick it all under the broiler until everything is hot and charred.
Then one day I decided to google Cast Iron frying
pans and learned they increase your iron intake I knew that but thought that was
good... but most post menopausal women are more likely to have iron over load
than too little Iron.
1/6 was plenty, with the cheese and the baked sweet potato fries and collard greens we also had.The cast iron grill

than fried ones, and this non-stick donut
pan can be used for baking donuts as
well as making bagels too!
Notes: • I find that the rise in the slightly smaller
than standard
pan is far
better for brioche.

My son had two neighborhoods brother friends for a sleep - over last night, so I made French Toast Frittata with the coconut flour bread for breakfast this morning (sliced or broken bread soaked in 5 beaten eggs, a
good «glug» of raw whole milk, cinnamon, nutmeg [there is a higher egg to bread ratio
than in conventional French Toast] all poured into a hot buttered sauté
pan, cover and turn down heat to medium - low, cook until nearly set, place
pan in 350 °F oven until eggs are completely set on top and starting to brown, about 6 - 10 minutes usually, flip over onto large plate and cut into wedges for serving).
