Bloomberg surveyed a bunch of
oil traders and energy executives at the conference, and the general sense was that
oil would trade
between $ 50 and $ 60 per barrel, up from an informal consensus of
between $ 40 and $ 60 last year.
Known as the High Carbon Stock (HCS) Approach Toolkit, the methodology is the product of years of debate
between palm
oil producers, buyers,
traders, and civil society groups.
