But unlike other genre - bending
sandbox sims, Bounty Train keeps a focus on fixed points instead of free exploration of the map, allowing the player to focus on things like the complex economy, resource management, and the interplay
between various factions and characters, opening up in a way few
games of its type do, and creating an entirely unique experience.
But, like any genre, there's a big difference
between a good
sandbox game, and an average one.
Whilst other LEGO
games have traditionally put you across a series of levels with a small hub that acts a passageway
between them, LEGO City Undercover instead has all the action take place in a huge open world city a la «Grand Theft Auto» (or any other open world
sandbox game for that matter).
I could easily sink 100 hours into this
game between the challenges and
sandbox modes.
