When it comes to
biceps, you will need one pull - up or chin - up
variation, an arms - behind - back
curl and a
curl with the arms positioned in front of the body.
Turn your hands about so that you're holding the bar in an underhand position, and suddenly you've got a much better
bicep builder than any other
curl variation.

bicep curl, with many exercises including supinating the forearm to more fully target the entire
biceps region and build muscle fast.
