It's pretty lightweight, and it actually has rather
big armholes, so it would make a perfect cover up for a suit and then would transition well to dinner.
I don't love the almost - cap - sleeve — especially because it's such
a big armhole — but I'm on Team Arm Concealment anyway, and I think it will work fine with a jacket or cardigan.
