The inner gardener in me gets a little overwhelmed just at the sight of one
big bowl of sprouts... if I was to plant them all I would need fifty, maybe even one hundred times the garden space I have now.
One of my favorite meals is
a big bowl of sprouted pureed beans cooked with an onion topped with cheese, cultured salsa and my special guacamole.
