I decided to create my own
Chocolate Milkshake because my kids aren't always
big fans of adding bananas, avocados, sweet potatoes or pumpkin to their
desserts.
Overall, this little treat was a
big hit with my parents, as even my mother (who is like me and is biased towards
chocolate desserts), couldn't help but be excited for the mini crumble to come out of the oven.

While I am usually totally A-OK with a
big beautiful bowl of berries for
dessert, I had a few bricks of
chocolate in my pantry SCREAMING my name.

dessert I'd have two varieties of date nut pies that are in my book: date nut
chocolate mousse pie, and date nut fruit pie.
I have a
big handful of walnuts in my oatmeal and I end up eating a 100 calorie pack of cashews and another of almonds and I have some almond milk with my Matcha tea and I have a peanut butter with flax seed in it, and peanuts was in my favorite
chocolate candy and pistachios used to be my favorite ice cream flavor, but I find the nuts is enough to feel like I had
dessert.
I don't have the
biggest sweeth tooth, but I do get the occasional craving so I tend to stay with bitter dark
chocolate bite or a vegan
dessert to minimize the artifical sugars.
Moist, with mini
chocolate chips inside, this
dessert made with canola oil (instead of eggs and butter) was a
big fave.

If I ever had to answer one of the
big questions — you know, the really
big questions — like what would your ultimate last meal be or what is your all - time favorite
