My
biggest issue is hormonal, I need foods that will keep my blood
sugar on an even keel and I keep
craving carbs and salt one week out of every four... Any tips or recipes to solve this one
for the one week I am likely to succumb to a delicious crunchie bar!!!?? X

for my not eating fruit after dinner is that I ALWAYS
crave sugar BIG TIME in the evening, I'm always looking
for something sweet to snack on.
