Instead of the whole
dried cranberries toot I used 2 - 3 TBSP
fig jam and mixed it into the milk with a fork, along with the 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 2
big squirts of lemon juice, 1 TBSP applesauce, and 2 medium bananas, mashed.
Dried Fruit - items like dates,
figs, apricots, and cherries all provide a
big hit of sugar in a very small package.
