TenTen has been
involved with a number of Catholic organisations and events over recent years, including diocesan gatherings and the

Your biceps is fully
involved in the curl only in the second half of your range of motion, but when your arm is completely straight, your brachialis and brachiradialis, which are your deep muscle beneath your biceps and a
big forearm muscle on the inside of your arm respectively, lift the weight until about halfway through the
movement, when you've only come to a 90 degree angle from the original 180 (a straight arm).
As these muscles are largely
involved in all functional
movements that strengthen the upper body, increasing their strength and power will directly help you lift heavier weights and thereby make
bigger gains in terms of upper body development.
This goes double if you are doing the
big compound
movements that
involve multiple muscle groups like deadlifts, squats, bench presses and overhead presses.
As a general rule of thumb I am personally a
big believer in executing
big core lifts that
involve multi-joint
movements.
Even caregivers who are
involved only with the cats they feed on a daily basis are, nevertheless, part of the
big picture, of the dynamic
movement to help cats that began some 20 years ago in the United States.
