Preheat the oven to 200C (390F) and line 12 small or 6
big muffin tins with muffin liners.
The large ones (made in
a big muffin tin) will hold a Peep.

I placed mine over the
muffin tin first, to see how
big to make my pizzas.
You can make 12 mini cheesecakes in a
muffin tin like I did or you can make one
big cheesecake in a round cake or springform pan.
If you use the
muffin tins instead of silicone cups, your cheesecakes will be slightly
bigger.
Line a 6 - cup
muffin tin (or 12 - cup mini
muffin tin) with paper liners, and clear a space just
big enough in the freezer for the
tin to fit flat.
Lane uses pans in creative ways (a loaf pan, for example, is perfect for making two
big brownies;
muffin tins make great mini pies), but also takes advantage of smaller pans that are now widely available.
* My little liners are for traditional faery cakes - much smaller than a cupcake or
muffin, but cupcake
tins seem to only come in
big sizes now.
Also, I made 12 really
big muffins, had to kind of poke the batter into the
tins, but it worked just fine.
Note: Steph filled 24 small
muffin tins, while I did 12 (which ended up being a bit
bigger).
Just mix the handful of ingredients together, spoon into a
muffin tin (or baking dish, if you'd rather do one
big batch) and bake for about 20 minutes.
