When I was four, we moved out of our house in Laconia into
a big old farmhouse (my mom's long - time dream).

We're still renovating the
big old 1920
farmhouse that we moved on to the land.
I would have hardwood floors; a
big stainless steel table or two (restaurant grade) on wheels so I could move where it suits me; in the center of this space I would like a long wooden
farmhouse table for added creative space for my kids and friends to join me; I envision this space to be very eclectic with
old world, farm house, shabby chic, mid-century, and bits of primitive things inside it!
Off to the right of the
farmhouse porch, I have an
old deacon's bench sporting a paisley cushion, an
old wicker childrens rocking chair my mom found at a local thrift shop, and a beige and black indoor / outdoor runner from
Big Lots, to add a seating area feel.
I know my kitchen looks
old - fashioned, but I kind of like my
farmhouse - style kitchen, complete with a
big farmhouse - style table.
