I had a very «tech - fearful» teacher at my school who took
a BIG step out of her comfort zone by attending FETC, and who came back inspired to make changes in her teaching.

of big, lovely eggplants at the farmer's market, found a recipe online for a baked version (usually if I can bake something versus frying it, it's on,) and set about
stepping right
out of my
comfort zone and into the wide world
of vegetarian cuisine.
Understanding that by making changes to our travel habits we'll be rewarding ourselves and the places we'll be visiting may be a
big enough incentive to get
out there and dare to
step out of our
comfort zones, and off
of the beaten path.
